Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions about our courses, enrolment process, pricing and certificates.

Our courses are designed for psychology graduates, counsellors, social workers, HR professionals and anyone with a genuine interest in deepening their understanding of psychological theory and practice. Some courses assume foundational knowledge, while others are suitable for beginners. Check individual course descriptions for prerequisites.
InnerEdge Academy courses are professional development programmes and are not registered with TEQSA as higher education qualifications. They are designed to supplement formal qualifications and provide continuing professional development. Many of our graduates use our certificates as evidence of CPD hours for their professional registrations.
All courses are delivered online through a combination of pre-recorded modules, reading materials and weekly live tutorial sessions. You can complete the recorded content at your own pace within the course timeframe, and live tutorials are scheduled at set times each week to allow for group discussion and Q&A with instructors.
Most courses require approximately 4 to 6 hours per week, including watching recorded content, completing readings and attending the weekly live tutorial. Assessment tasks may require additional time, typically 2 to 3 hours per assessment piece.
We accept payment via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfer and PayPal. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. For the Professional and Complete plans, we can arrange payment in two instalments upon request.

Yes. Students who complete all course modules and assessment requirements receive a digital Certificate of Completion from InnerEdge Academy. The certificate includes the course title, completion date, total hours of study and your name. Certificates are issued as PDF documents within 5 business days of course completion.
We cap each cohort at 28 students to maintain a quality learning environment. This allows for meaningful interaction during live tutorials, personalised feedback on assessments and the opportunity to build genuine professional connections with your fellow students and instructors.
